The main requirement to unlock iPhone Os 4.0 is that you must have iPhone OS 4.0 with Baseband 05.11.07 on iPhone 3GS and then simply run the Blacksn0w on iPhone 4.0.Below is the video showing Blacksn0w Ported for OS 4.0 Beta 4 on iPhone 3GS.
